Millcroft Park Tree Planting Event

Let’s Grow Burlington’s Tree Canopy Together!

Open to Burlington residents, students, groups, business employees, while space remains, this tree-ific event provides a rewarding opportunity to be a a part of local collective impact.

Hosted by BurlingtonGreen and the City of Burlington Forestry Department, the Green Up event provides an important (and fun) opportunity for the community to come together to plant trees to beautify the city while strengthening local biodiversity and helping to address climate change here at home.

When:  Saturday, September 21st from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Where: the tree planting event will take place at Millcroft Park rain or shine

Agreeing to our Volunteer Participant Activity Informed Consent Waiver is a REQUIREMENT to register and participate at this event.

After you have completed and submitted the registration form you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox with detailed event information and safety tips. Note: you may be contacted shortly after submitting your registration form if the event is full, and you will be added to the event wait list.

Participants are asked to bring their own shovels, trowels and gardening gloves.
