Cynthia is passionate about building a more regenerative and equitable future together with
communities to drive positive change. She currently manages sustainability and innovation programs
in Business Development in the private sector.
With a background in the arts, design, film production and project management, Cynthia holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an MA in Environment & Management, where her research focused on regenerative development, climate change adaptation and land use change.
In her daily work, Cynthia partners with social enterprises, non-profit and private organizations,
governments, NGOs, and Indigenous communities, collaborating to tackle complex problems related
to environmental degradation, climate change, social inequities, Reconciliation, and Decolonization.
She is excited about the opportunity to volunteer and support BurlingtonGreen’s vision and goals
and give back to the community.
In her free time, Cynthia enjoys biking, exploring the lovely hiking trails in the surrounding areas,
paddle boarding, meeting with family and friends, and gardening.
