With our limited resources, we can't promise we will be able to fully address each and every inquiry but we will do our best to help you or direct you to the relevant contacts and resources to address your question. For example, we may direct you to the appropriate municipal, regional or provincial representative and their responses may be posted for everyone's benefit.

Boundary trees are protected under the Forestry Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F. 26
City trees are protected under tree by-law 19-1975.
